Group Exercise Benefits

Group exercise classes offer a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you choose to workout on your own. We offer safe and effectively designed classes, a consistent exercise schedule, and a small group environment to insure quality training. 12 people in a class max. To insure that you don’t miss a piece of your session, Each class will formatted with dynamic stretches, core preparation, movement preparation, the “workout”,and a cool down/stretch. Mobility/Flexibility, cardio, strength and conditioning, will all be mashed up in a 55min. session. Every exercise in our classes will be given as an option, so ALL LEVELS are welcomed. Our instructors have had experience training athletes, non-athletic people, fighters, kids, and adults. Come get strong(er) with us while having fun!
