Fernando Solis, owner of Solis Boxing has over two decades of experience in the sport of boxing. As a former Golden Glove State Champion & Northern California Regional Champion, Coach Fernando has dedicated much of his life STUDYING AND training in the art of boxing,  training others to flourish in the sport AS WELL.

FERNANDO was invited to Colorado Springs, Colorado to train at the official Olympic Training Center where he learned INTRICATE strategies and concepts from some of the best boxing coaches in the United States. HAVING A MULTI-SPORT BACKGROUND, Coach Fernando is well versed in training specific movements for maximum efficiency. HE APPLIES NUMEROUS ATHLETIC PHILOSOPHIES TO GARNISH SPECIFIC RESULTS.

Now as a fitness specialist, Coach Solis utilizes his educational BACKGROUND and personal experiences to help clients achieve their goals using proper progressions.
